This is officially another 'music' pack for HOI IV, and the famous speeches from Churchill, Roosevelt, Eisenhower, etc. are indeed accompanied by an appropriate swelling soundtrack. Speeches activate at appropriate times in the game depending on event triggers (for example, development of the atom bomb) and add a lot of immersion for me, especially the first time you hear them. I docked one star because this flavor DLC isn't critical and Paradox doesn't seem interested in an Axis speeches pack for historical realism and balance; but Allied Speeches is still recommended!
