It takes the appearance of a zombie in an armored suit, and will jump in from outside the map boundaries using a rocket pack to attack players. First seen in the map Origins, it is very tough to kill, and is armed with a Flamethrower and a giant claw to grapple players. Really love that you can use jets while in superman. Makes flying much better and faster!

Michal, great job! Are you planning any innovation in terms of game design? So far, this is basically Soldat 1 Remastered. Don't get me wrong, it's a great technology update vs the original, looks great and feels smooth, a pleasure to play. Are those the only reasons we will have to grab it? This is coming 18 years after the first version of Soldat and a lot of wisdom about game design from you, so my expectation is towards the stars... :)

Soldat 2 is a wonderfully chaotic 2.5D multiplayer arena shooter that promises to recreate the gameplay of the popular 2002 original and offer plenty of modding features.

Currently in development by Transhuman Design and MM (the creator of the original Soldat), Soldat 2 is a physics-based 2.5D online arena shooter where players do battle on procedurally generated levels. It aims to deliver the classic gameplay of the original, while also allowing for a little modernization and lots of modding support.

Soldat 2 will feature online multiplayer with dedicated servers, three different game modes (Capture the Flag, Point Capture and Battle Royale), lots of realistic military weapons, character classes, vehicles and tons of destruction.
