In 1880 there were 2 Armello families living in Alabama. This was 100% of all the recorded Armello's in the USA. Alabama had the highest population of Armello families in 1880. Armello is a digital board/card game developed by League of Geeks released September 1st, 2015. Evade
Evade is an ability which lets a Hero use the Wits Stat instead of the Fight Stat when being attacked (not when attacking). Any roll or burns that would register as a hit (and any static Offense bonuses, such as those given by equipment or rings) counts as Defenses, while Shields function normally.
A player with active Evasion can only deal damage if they have any Reflect dice and will always retreat if not slain, unless they have the Lionheart Breastplate equipped or if the Evading character manages to defeat the Attacker.
A creature using Evade can retreat to the two Tiles in front of them where the attack did not come from in addition to the normal three Hexes behind them. They prefer these frontal 2 side retreats. If the character has no empty hex in which to retreat, they will be routed.
As of the Road to 2.0 June Update, a creature cannot Evade if they are Scouted by the attacker.
Sources of Evade
The Ranger's Cloak Item card grants Evade while you are in a forest at all times.
The Wyld's Warning Spell card grants the user Evade until the end of next turn.
Armello Rot
The Turquoise ring grants the user Evade at all times. (Note: The effect still persists in the palace!)
Twiss's Hero Power 'Pickpocket' grant her Evade at all times, except in the palace.
